Jen Carlile

Jen is a three-time founder and former Google X engineer turned CTO, known for building technology that bridges innovation and real-world impact. Before TEP, she led Outer Labs — a software firm serving Google’s Real Estate group — first as CTO and later as CEO. Her work sits at the intersection of technology, AI, and business outcomes, with a track record of turning complex ideas into scalable, high-value products. Jen holds a bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College and a master’s degree from Stanford University.
